College Soccer

The National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA) identifies, trains and develops the best soccer officials to officiate the collegiate game.

NISOA has two chapters in Iowa. The Greater Iowa Chapter serves the eastern side of the state and the Mid-Iowa Chapter serves Des Moines and the surrounding areas. To become a NISOA member, you must register through a NISOA Chapter. Please contact either chapter president listed below for more information about joining NISOA.
