2024-25 Soccer Guide

The 2024-25 Soccer Guide is a comparative study of NCAA and NFHS soccer rules and the IFAB laws of the game. Key NCAA differences extend to substitution, systems of match control, time keeping, throw-ins, penalty kicks, and overtime procedures.

NISOA Sprint and Interval Test

The NISOA Sprint and Interval Fitness Test consists of six 40 meter sprints timed at under 9 seconds and an interval test of a 150 meter run and 50 meter walk x 20.  Each interval must be done in 45 seconds.
